The book is 705 pages, hard-bound, includes personal histories of 12 ancestors of MJ and a chapter of genealogical information. Subjects of the histories are C.N. Christensen, Anna Cathrine Jorgensen, Edith Lenora Rushton, Axel Christensen, Ane Marie Nielsen, Ingre Sophia Olson, Asmus Jorgensen, Anna Britta Anderson, Harriet Andrina Sandberg, Anna Laura Lamb, Josephina Olson, and Anna Beata Andreason. Many illustrations and documents are included. It has a complete index, table of contents and list of illustrations. About Christensen Family History
The purpose of this website is to familiarize members of the M.J. Christensen family with their common heritage through family history stories, photographs and documents. We are also gathering and digitally preserving historical records and artifacts which provide accurate information about our family and support on-going research. This site is part of a family archive which is organized and digitally available for sharing. In addition, we hope this will be a place where family members can communicate and share their memories and stories which they would like to have preserved. We also invite any family announcements of births, weddings, missions, military service, etc.
